[VTR] Re-enable Link

Hi all,
 
I somehow dropped off the list.  I'm trying to follow the instructions  with 
"majordomo" to re-subsrcibe or re-enable but I'm not having any luck.   Can 
someone send me the link that we get from time to time that only requires  the 
word "re-enable" in the subject line?  That one always worked 'til  now.
