[WMJR] final instructions for classic car show Sat. 7/28 in Park City

First of all I hope you have been accumulating things to donate for the 
raffle.Whatever you have please give them to me first thing in the 
morning before 9:30AM.

At this point we have 25 cars registered.Anyone else care to join in?It 
is a lot easier to register now than the day of the show. Registration 
forms are in the July WMJR newsletter.

All cars should be in place by 9:30AM as the show runs from 10AM to 2PM 
with the awards given immediately following.All cars should be parked 4 
feet apart from each other backed into the curb diagonally facing down 
hill. We will have a template available to be sure you make enough 
space. Where the curbs jut out a few cars will have to parallel park on 
the west side of the street between 7^th & 9^th on Main Street. Come in 
on Park Ave. and turn left at 7^th Street and head down hill as no 
traffic will be allowed to drive up hill.

As you know for anyone that is going to be in Park City from the BAHC or 
the WMJR on Friday 7/27 you are invited to Susan's and my home at 2040 
Mahre Drive in Park City between 5PM and 6:30PM for a BYOB social. 
Dinner will be on your own after. If you are planning on coming please 
let me know by email so we can plan things better.

If you plan to go on the tour on Sunday, let me know so I can give you 
directions on how to get to BAHC Member's Bob & Pat Markmann's house as 
you will be meeting there at 10am for Coffee & Rolls and leaving for the 
Tour afterwards led by Dave Maxwell.
