[WMJR] new email group

To WMJR members and friends:

As Webmaster and Newsletter Publisher I have decided it is time to move 
to more modern technology for our email list.

Consequently I have created "WMJR", a new group on Google Groups. This 
will offer many management and flexibility advantages.

I will seed the list with all those on the current list, and send follow 
up email detailing the cut over.
