Planning Meeting

As your new Vice President, my first official duty is to conduct the Steering/Planning Meeting for next year’s events.

The planning meeting for 2016 will be on January 16 at the QS&L in Robinson Township. This is the same location as last year’s meeting.

We will start at 11:00 am. It should take about an hour to set the calendar of events then we can socialize for a while. If you have an idea for an event come to the meeting and get your event on the calendar.

Or you can just come and hang out while enjoying some refreshments with your fellow enthusiasts.

If you want to coordinate an event but can’t attend the meeting give me a call at (330- 402- 0707)or send me an email (mij57 at msn.com) and I will get your event on the calendar.

I would also like to thank everyone who hosted an event this year. Without the effort required to plan an event the rest of us would have nothing to do with our Triumph’s.

So if you have never thought of planning an event consider doing so, and those of you who have done events-keep it up. What separates a good club from a not so good club is the level of participation by the members.

If your only involvement in the club is receiving the newsletter why not make a New Year’s Resolution to be more involved in 2016.
