[WPTA] High Performance Tires

Interesting.  They are made in China.  There are other size selections on their web site.  Unfortunately they don't have any street/track tires in 13" size.  But I'm probably the only person that likes to run the street/track tires on the street.
Seems like a decent option for someone looking for new 13" tires.
