[WPTA] Billy Spang

Thanks Dexter, Billy was a wonderful guy who loved cars. He drove a beautiful BRG TR3, Red TR2 a Morgan and several other vintage vehicles. Billy always enjoyed a cold beer with good conversation. Rest In Peace Billy.
