These are the old style, held in place with a headless nail type pin in place under the outer rim piece. Press the ring piece down against it's spring and with a very thin punch or a long thin finishing nail, push out the retaining pins...then pry off the panel at the edge as close as you can to each door clip
>> Sometimes the window guide track can come loose at the bottom, move around, and put the glass in a bind so to speak, making it difficult to wind up and down. Don't forget that you can spray a bit of silicone down the guide track felts to ease movement too.
