' Sorry about that "upstate" reference.  I just shot from the hip on that one.  I lived in Rochester for three years back in the early '70s - ' should know better. But I  carelessly concluded that NY state was all either NYC, Upstate, or Southern Tier.  ' Better take some more geography lessons!
