[Zmagnette] magnette bumpers

Yup.  T'was I.  They look really nice, and fit well, except for the 
issue others have noted with the crank hole.  That took a little careful 
work to re-shape.  I figured it was worth it to avoid the grief of 
having the old bumpers replated.
