Amen to that, brother!  At best, it looks like a clinically obese B/GT, and that only because in the midst of all the bulging fat, there is a '73-74 grill sort-of stuffed in there between corpulent cheeks.  Absolutely hideous!  But of course, America is so desperate for another SUV that it will spontaneously sell like hotcakes, right?

PS: Now an MG-badged Solstice... that might lead to something - and since SAIC owns the rights to both MG and Pontiac (as well as Saturn), it's a real possibility.  There's only one other two-seater sportscar available on the American market right now: the Miatta.  That's an easy market to compete in, and once there's some jazzy press about how well this new MG-stice performs, then maybe a few people will come into the showrooms to look at one, and then drive out in one of those gross pigs wallowing in its excess sheet-metal. Speaking of showrooms, how do the Chinese acquire a string of those?  Do they expand the Chinese restaurants?
