[Zmagnette] restorable Magnette

I've seen the Magnette listed below in person. It is at a lot just East of Palmdale off the Pear Blossom Highway. I saw it when driving by about a year ago and stopped to check it out through the fence.
There are a couple of Minis, MGBs etc in the same lot and it looks like an enthusiast has been storing their cool British project cars there.
The car looked pretty rust free from a distance, certainly a good restoration candidate.
