Posting files: 
The SOL ftp server is open to all list members- You don't need your own web site, just an "FTP" program to send files-  If you know how to send files with ftp, just ftp to ftp.team.net, and put your text files in PreWar/info/  (Plain text only please, and use a reasonably descriptive file name.)
