Credits and Copyrights, and republishing my works

I write many articles and stories to share information with fellow enthusiasts around the world, and am always flattered when someone wants to use my work in their publication, including all forms of publication, printed electronic, etc. I will almost always give permission for such usage, but I do retain all copyrights on my works. My terms for such usage are simple:

I will be happy to provide permission to have specific postings published in non-profit newsletters and such as long as I am asked, when ever possible. In return, you must list the author, source, and copyright, and send me a copy of that newsletter. My material may not be copied or published without attribution. Republishing or using postings and articles for commercial or other purposes without permission is a violation of various copyrights, and is generally frowned upon. If you want to use something for commercial purposes, we'll talk. This also applies to using things on a web page- and it is preferable to just provide a link to the original source, rather than copying the article.
