Nick Green was a mechanical design student. He first designed a prototype in college and then in 1979 the TA was born. A rather boxy 2+2 affair with cycle wings, based loosely on the vintage Aston Martin International (the body grille is a reminiscent of it).
With MGB bits underneath, it also had something of a vintage British sports car's character. The TA had no serious competitors at the time and sales were good.
The car remained unchanged and it is currently part of the NG Cars range: TA, TC, TD, TF etc.
