the factory in 1916

I recently discovered a 1916 brochure of the above factory so I scanned most of the automotive-related pictures and hereby I add a bit of background
The Hungarian Wagon and Machine Factory in Gyôr, Hungary was established at the end of the XIXth century. One of the symbols of Gyôr is the Rába river, therefore the products of this factory was also named "Rába".
This huge industrial corporation was funded by Austrian capitalists and they made every kind of products from metal.
In 1903 a car-making division spawned which still makes trucks and it's been just privatised.
The assembly plant in the '10s.

I'd like to show You some of their very early models, with brief caption. Some time in the future I'll add other, later photos.
The pictorial galery has four parts:

  1. Commercial vehicles
