Lafer LL

This car was launched in 1976. Lafer was better known for its MG replicas but they wanted to challenge Ford's luxury coupés. It was maybe the second car in the world to use digital panel (the first one, I think that was the Aston Martin Lagonda). But the panel was located in the steering wheel hub (like the concept Buick Wildcat of the 80s). Unfortunately the car that I took the picture had its panel changed for another more conventional (because the owner had problems with the original panel). Only four were made. It used General Motors 6 cilynder power (171 hp - the same of the Santa Matilde, Puma GTB, Polistylo Savanah, and others).
