Exhibits: More than 14 acres of exhibits cover technological and in- dustrial development including all aspects of transportation. Over 30 cars are on display ranging from pioneer efforts of the 1890's to Craig Breedlove's Spirit of America, the first land vehi- cle to exceed 500 miles per hour. Other transportation exhibits of note are the German U-505 submarine, famous locomotive #999, a Spitfire aircraft and the actual Apollo 8 command module that orbited the moon.

The Speedway Foundation also offers several ten-passenger buses for tours of the race track grounds.
