Funny you should mention that. I met a guy a few years back who had a similar
claim. His name is Nick Nichols, and he used to own a small shop in Houston.
Nick helped me get my 150CDs up to snuff on my Alpine. It was fun watching him
work. Very methodical and precise. Anyway, he had a car which he thinks was
the one in the movie based on color, and where it came from. He has since
moved from Houston over to Austin, in case you would like to get in touch. I
might be able to dig up some more info if you're interested.
