I got one last summer to help tune the Solex on my Series IV. It's
called a ColorTune, and I didn't find it to be much use. On the
british-cars group, opinion seems to be pretty evenly divided. Some
swear by it, others don't find it very informative. When I got close
to the fuel/air mixture judged to be "optimal" by the ColorTune, my
car would essentially not run. It wanted to run richer, and I had much
better luck tuning it by "ear".

Then again, there are very few adjustments that can be made on the
Solex. The ColorTune might be more useful if you had a different
carb setup.
