New to list

Hi out there. I just recently joined this discussion list. I own
a 1964 series IV Alpine. I've had it for a number of years and have not
had a chance to much work on it. However this summer I resolved to get it
running. I had done quite a bit of work on the engine before commitments
prevented me from doing any further work.

I could use some info about parts suppliers. I have called a couple
of places in the U.S., Victoria Spares and Sunbeam Specialties, for catalogues.
I have also checked out the list provided on the Tiger web site. What I would
like to know is if there are any Canadian parts suppliers I can contact.

One of the things that I am planning on doing is switching the carb
setup from a Weber 28/36 DCD to twin 40 DCOE's. I'm looking for a manifold
for a left hand drive. I had ordered a manifold from England but it is for
a righthand drive. The manifold bolts on great but the steering box gets in the
way of the carbs. If anyone is interested in a trade or knows of someone might
want a manifold, or knows where I can get the proper manifold drop me a line.
