From what I've read, nobody seems to makes a LHD manifold. The manifold you
have was probably originally meant for a Rapier H120 fastback (a hopped-up
version of the Sunbeam Alpine GT fastback sold here in North America) where
the engine was mounted at a 10 degree angle. Per the Alpine Guide, put out
by the Sunbeam Alpine Owners Club in England, what you'll need to do is to
cut out an even 10 degree section from your manifold and weld it back
together.
You missed a great All-British Field Meet in Vancouver last weekend. Not
too many Alpine parts at the Swap Meet the next day, but lots of workshop
manuals and Rootes parts lists for virually all post-war models.
