I'm through with the Series IV parts car as a mock up for my unspeakable sin
.
There are a few good body panels left as well as some mechanical parts. A
lot
of the stuff I'd give away and some of the other stuff I'd sell cheap. Cont
act
me if you need anything and I'll let you know if it remains and is useable.
 It
does have a set of tanks that our new Tiger owner might be interested in. T
his
car will be cut up and taken to the recycling center over the next few month
s
so don't wait too long if there is anything you'd really like to have.

***** NOTES from JLAIFMAN (JLAIFMAN (at) PNM) at 8/15/95 8:52a
I have a question about your "Pintopine". Before going the Holbay route,
I contemplated a two liter overhead cam Pinto engine (which I think
comes from a '71 Pinto and also the Capri). It never went past the
contemplation stage, i.e., I never looked into whether it would ever fit
etc. Is that the engine you used? Did you use the Alpine trans (which
actually was one of the main reasons I stayed with the Alpine/Holbay
engine - even though I understand that the German trans that came with
that engine was very good)? Did you spice up the engine? Lastly, are you
happy with the results?

Jay Laifman.
