I'm happy for the tip on the VB hardtops. I've come to assume
that everything they sell will be at least two of the following:
overpriced, illfitting, ugly, different from the picture in the
catelog, or for another car altogether. The kicker was when VB
charged me $4.75 in postage for a $1.00 part which I was only
buying to use up a credit from a part they ran out of.
Anyway, my question is whether there is any difference between
the Tiger and Alpine hardtops and the hardtops from various
series. I often see adds for hardtops in the club magazines, but
I'm never sure whether they'll fit a Series V Alpine. Does
anyone know? Many thanks.
