My series V was BRG with black interior; I thought it looked lovely.
When I repainted it, I did not hesitate a minute to repaint it BRG.

Well, different strokes for different folks. Bright yellow must be safe,
but it's my least favorite color, with the possible exception of purple.
I saw a new Porsche in fly yellow, or whatever they call it, last week
and thought it was really sad...
If I were not going to paint it BRG, I would look at the soft grey-blue I
have seen. Or, there was a featured Alpine in one of the recent british
mags painted something close to Healey blue (light metallic blue very
similar to 94 Accord blue), and it looked fabulous.
Whatever you do, don't think you will change it if you don't like it--it
will cost too much and/or take too long. Make sure you will like it in
the long haul.
