Recently, there was a posting regarding a new law in New Jersey (I think
this was the state) designed to get old clunkers as well as classics off
the road (and even out of your driveway). I stupidly did not save the
message and would like a copy of it to put in our local british car club
magazine "Oilspots". If anyone has it, please e-mail it to me at
