My Series V has severe door droop, apparently because the hinges (upper,
mostly) are worn out. I see that Victoria British has repair kits for
sale. Can someone please explain what is in the kit, and how one repairs
the hinges.
On another subject, I watched Dr. No last night on TBS, mainly to see the
short scene with the Alpine. "Honey," the female interest, turned out to
be more interesting. I guess I've not become an ultimate gearhead.
Tonight on TBS, they are screening "From Russia with Love." One of my
british mags says Bond drives a black Series III in FRWL. Rootes must
really have laid some money on the producers.
