The management used to hold monthly, sometimes weekly meetings in the design
studios, to view the changes the design team had made to the working models, and
decide which changes where to be put into production.
Last Tuesday I had a look at some minutes of some of those meetings,
unfortunately very few are available, which is a shame as they could answer a
lot of questions, they describe every change in minute detail, the reason the
change is made, the cost, and how the cost is going to be met.
Hopefully I will be able to track down the rest, in any case I may publish one
copy in the book, just to give the readers an insight into how things worked,
must admit never knew they existed until I found a couple on Tuesday, marvelous
documents, incredible detail.
