oil pressure problem

I recently had my head done and cleaned and lubricated the rocker assembly
with engine oil.

My question is why don't I get much if any oil coming from the tiny hole on
top of the rockers they are all clear and plenty of oil runs down the back of
the rockers.

Is this an oil pressure problem?????
Improper rocker adjustment?????
Should I not drive it likee this?
