Well, I don't know about Citgo.. but what I understand (major warning here)
is that all our gas it brewed up here. It is all refined up in Richmond or
Martinez area... sent (at least to down here in the south bay) in big pipelines
down the east bay to a terminal (in Milpitas? as I recall). At this point,
all the different brands have shared in this process. Now the gas is made
into the different brands by adding their unique additive packages. Then
it is trucked to the individual stations....
Comments?? Thinkin about this right now I'm not sure I even believe this..
I've never seen this big terminal anywhere around here... Pretty sure thats
the story I've read before. Maybe I've been sampling too much of your local
product up in wine country...
