I may be wrong, but the addition of taller rubber should only raise the
car, I don't think it will stiffen the springs. If you like the
stiffness of the springs, keep them and play with the rubber height. The
change in height of the rubber should be the difference in dropping the
car lower, unless the rubber itself is of differing stiffnesses. I hope
I am not confusing things anymore than they already are.
