I dont know where to get them, but the sytle (construction, splines
etc) of wiper arms was common to many British cars of that era. My
wiper arms on my Apline came off another British car but are identical
to the original.

 Therefore, I would bet that you could 'borrow' a couple of springs
from MG, Triumph etc. The arm itself will probably be the wrong length
but not sure. Try the scrap yards, or the MG etc parts suppliers.
