Steve, the Series I and II look totally different, being much more
rounded and the rear window curves around the side. I've never tried to
put the early hardtop on the later series -I'm not sure it would fit.
If it did, it would look odd because the high fins set it off nicely.
They are hard to find and somebody on the list was looking for one. Maybe
good for a trade later. Hope that helps - Good luck
