Just subscribed to the Alpines mailing list, looks great, glad to be able to talk to other owners. I thought I'd let you know a little about myself. I'm an original owner of a 1967 Alpine V which I bought for $2,460 in September 1967. Our Alpine is black on black and now has about 64,500 on the odometer. Over the years I've owned 16 Alpines and Tigers and currently have my original Alpine and a 1966 Tiger Ia which is red with balck interior. In 1976 I started "Classic Sunbeam Auto Parts" as a response to the lack of parts on the market. As many parts went unavaialble, we started a parts reproduction program that as of today produced over 50 parts. In the begining it was rubber trim and some chrome items and our most recent items included the front amber and clear lenses, the rear upper lenses in amber and red and the rear lower lense for the Alpine IV,V and Tigers. Our parts are supplied world wide to both owners as well as other Sunbeam parts suppliers. As a Alpine/Tiger owner myself, I make an effort to make all of our repoductions to the highest standard of quality.
