Since you have a Series V, you're in luck. Series V's (and possible
IV's) have a seat belt mount point on top of the rear fenders. This
means you can easily install 3-point belts. I bought some generic
intertial reel belts from J.C. Whitney's, I think it was about $75 for
the pair. The only difficulty during installation was finding a
location for the reels. I ended up mounting them on the floor between
the sill and the seat. Also, the mount points on the rear fenders are
probably full of crud, but they cleaned up easily.
