Hi All,
Especially the half dozen or so who sent in a deposit on the
Weber intake manifolds.
I faxed a message to Garry at TWM Induction last Friday, and he
sent me this yesterday:
" We are somewhat embarrased as it appears that the casting patterns
for this part have been lost. We are prepared to make the patterns again
so we can fulfill our commitment but, we ned to borrow an original for a
few days to make a drawing.
"When making the new unit, we can correct some of the irritating faults,
with
the original, when it was installed in a left hand drive car!
"Can you borrow an original? We would pay for any shipping expense."
I told him that our internet server was down, but as soon as it was back up
I would
post his message to the Alpine list and see if we can find one. So here it
is.
Anybody have a clue where we might find one for him to have a look at for
a couple of days?
