For those of you interested in fuel injection, the folks at TWM who are
working on the Weber manifold, apparently also are into injection. I am
forwarding a message about it:
The cost for the Haltech meter is $139.95 by itself. It can be obtained
from TWM Induction at 325 East Rutherford St. Goleta, CA 93117 (805)
967-9478. TWM specializes in Weber manifolds, air filters, carb to fuel
injection conversions (they can covert any car that has a weber manifold
made for it to fuel injection, for a price), throttle bodies, etc.
They're a bit pricey overall, but they're the only source of the Halmeter
that I know of... They will sell a complete kit including the Halmeter,
wiring harness, O2 sensor, and O2 boss and plug for ~$240. Buying the O2
sensor and bosses from Racer Wholesale cost about $60, so my total cost is
around $200 + shipping, not cheap, but less expensive than dyno time and
reuseable on another car in the future. The wiring harness I can make
(its just 3 wires with a fuse). The only additional costs will be welding
the O2 bosses onto the maniflow header I've got coming from APT. You
could buy virtually any heated O2 sensor and boss from an autoparts store
and it should work fine. Hope this helps!
