I am looking for a sidedraught weber setup, but am weary of the Hunter
application.

Did'nt the Hunter as well as all other Hillmans have the cast iron cylander
head?

If so than the ports are NOT the same as the aluminum head alpine.

A head change would require a cast head, hillman exhuast manifold and
hillman cam shaft.

I know for certain that early "3 main" Hillman engines used the different
head design.

To my knowlege only the Sunbeam mark used the aluminum heads.

Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

I have two Hillman cylinder heads if anyone is interested, they look real
similar to the aluminum alpine head.
