How come everyone talks about this new N.J. law and my fleet of cars from the
70's and 80's pass with ease with a tail pipe wand inspection and nothing more.
Oh I get it, we are scarring everyone away from the state. Just heard a new
rumor, we are applying this new law only to out of state drivers using the New
Jersey Turnpike (after they pay their toll) to cut down on the traffic, and then
we sell their cars to pay for our state budget. Good Law.
