I also suffer from this problem, but only when the engine is hot. If the car
has sat for a couple of days, or even just a few minutes when hot, pressure
comes up right away. But with a hot engine and a time lapse of about an hour
(over lunch), I see a time lag of about 2 seconds before pressure builds.
