Joyce,

        The serial number is also stamped on the side of the frame just
in front of the steering box (under the left fron fender). This number
should be the same as on the firewall plate. The engine number is also
the same assuming the engine has not been changed and this can be found
on the machined surface beside the #1 cylinder on the left hand side just
below the head gasket. The numbers should start with A301XXXX LRX (Left
hand drive, Roadster, X=non-standard).

        Are you contemplating buying one?
