Actually, you can bloody well do anything you want in these United States to
any Pre-1968 car, including the installation of four 28VFS Stromberg carbs
if that's what you'd like to do or putting on a Holley four-barrel ... the
rub is in the smog requirements, if you're foolish or benighted or
unfortunate enough to inhabit an area where such is still the rule! On
these, if you car cannot pass, then they can deny you access to the road.
