Paint Color? 53 Alpine

I am restoring a '53 Sunbeam Alpine Roadster which is currently off white
with a red interior. I have pictures of the car when it was originally
purchased and it was originally white. Does anyone know where I can get
color chips to match the factory colors? The paint on the car is faded
considerably and we don't have a good panel to match colors. Also, the
steering wheel is black and in need of recasting. What color(s) of steering
wheels were matched to the interiors.
