As for the dash, I am not aware of anybody that sells one per se.
What I did on mine was to go buy some vinyl and recover the dash
myself. Of course, you have to remove the windshield to do it right.
 But the results look nothing short of professional and the car has
won several awards. As for the Rubber, try classic Sunbeams or
Victoria British. They will have what you need.
