Don't know of anything out of state, but there has been extensive activity
at least in Northern CA towards stopping Smog II. Talk show radio has been
very active and there have been two rallys in Sacramento and extensive
pressure on politicians to do something about it. At least half of the
state legislaters have signed something that recommends suspension of the
smogII program. There is a hearing in Sacramento today to gather
additional input.
