Rebuilding Stroms isn't generally expensive unless the throttle bushings are
gone. But this problem is simple, as the O-ring size isn't really that
critical and you can almost certainly match it at any large hardware store.
Or buy a couple of rebuild kits and use the ones in there. But the hardware
store ones WILL work, at least for a year or two.
