1. Updated the Clubs page with entries for Deutschland and
Queensland; changed contact info for New Zealand.

2. Added form to register with URL-minder. You can now receive
e-mail when the Alpines web page changes. Just enter your e-mail
address in the space provided and press the "Register" button.
