The ballast resistor electrically attaches to the coil and is
physically mounted on the wheelwell by the coil. Its typically
ceramic, white and about 100 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm in size. Check yours
for looseness in the mounting bracket. I'm not sure if mine is OE,
but I think it is. Others surely would have this same problem.
