I am a little confused here. I thought you need four connections. Two
bolts with nuts to attach the power line from the battery and to the
starter, one tab for the key switch power wire and one tab for the full
12V to the coil on start. If you are just talking about the two bolts
here, my guess is that it should not matter which post you use for
which. I would probably put the battery line and the other "non-keyed"
power wires that go to there on the bigger one - for no real reason.<<<<

Aha, the 12V to coil on start. I followed a wire to over near the coil which
was cut, so I figured I didn't "need" it. This leads to another question.
On the passenger side firewall there is a a metal box about 6x8 inches that
I believe is an electronic ignition system. There are however still points
and a condenser in the distributor. The wires (4 or 5) run to the coil.
Needless to say, I can't find it on the schematics. Would my reattaching
the 12V on start wire to the solenoid fry an electronic ignition? (Option 2
is that the electronic ignition box is an left overs from an aborted attempt)

Thanks,

Chris
