Bunch of Stuff

1)Due to several inquiries, I will look for my Paeco catalog this
weekend so I can provide you the number on Monday. I have never
purchased anything from them or used their services so the usual
     disclaimers apply.

     2)Concerning my V6 engine, I still haven't fully identified it. I
thought it was a 171cu, but the parts I ordered did not fit. I have
been to several parts stores including an obsolete Ford parts store
and the Ford dealer. None of them have the information necessary to
order parts based on the engine number! I now think that it is a
smaller V6 engine that was used in the '72 Capri. However, none of the
parts places list parts for this year car. I never thought that
finding rings and bearings for a Ford would be more difficult than
finding them for a Sunbeam! Engine number is UX ML73659. Any help
     would be greatly appreciated.

3)Didn't Sunbeam manufacture a motorcycle at one time?

4)I have purchased some burled elm veneer. I plan on converting my
plastic dash into a wood grain dashboard. The veneer is supplied with
a self adhesive backing. I will let you know how it works.

5)What is a good carb sync tool? At one time I had one of those Uni
Sync tools. I was ok for higher RPMs, but terrible at idle speeds - it
restricted the flow which increased the fuel intake which increased
the idle speed. I saw a dial type in the JC Whitney catalog. Has
     anyone used this?

     That's it. :0
