It would seem that the center badge mount should just line up with the
grill surroung lip hole and bottom hole. The bottom hole doesn't line
up. Is there some additional piece I need besides the 1 piece bracket?>>
The bracket which mounts behind the center grill badge is the only thing you
need. I know that I had to bend it a little to make it all line up...

How do the ends of the grill bars attach to the outter side of the grill
opening? Is there a place underneath the SS grill surround? There is
definitely 2 DPO'd holes right behind the surround.
Thanks,

The grill bars attach to two small holes behind the eyebrow; one on the left,
and one on the right. The little tabs at the end of the grill bars, each
with a hole, fit under the eyebrow. I believe the original way they were
attached under the eyebrow was with rivits. That is the way I fastened mine
- the eyebrow lies flat and I have had no problems!
Hope this is of some use.
